ISO Certification Support in Kannur, Kerala

Documentation, systems and audit preparation for businesses going for ISO certification.

How do I get ISO certification for my business in Kerala?

You need a documented management system that meets the standard, evidence that you actually follow it, and a successful audit by an accredited certification body. Reals Digital Innovations handles the first two — gap analysis, documentation, training and internal audits — and prepares you for the external audit. The certificate itself is issued by the certification body, not by us.

Most businesses come to us because somebody asked for the certificate — a buyer, a tender, an export customer, a bank. The certificate is the goal, but what actually gets audited is whether your business runs the way your documents say it does.

So that is what we build. We look at how you already work, write the system around it, train the people who have to live with it, and audit it ourselves before anyone else does. You end up with a system your team recognises instead of a folder nobody opens.

Which standard are you going for?

ISO 9001 — Quality management

The one most buyers and tender boards ask for. It is about doing what you say you do, consistently, and being able to show it.

ISO 14001 — Environmental management

How your operation handles waste, emissions and resource use. Increasingly asked for by larger buyers and in government contracts.

ISO 45001 — Health and safety

Occupational health and safety management. Relevant anywhere people work with machinery, chemicals or at height.

ISO 22000 — Food safety

For food manufacturing, processing and handling. Often paired with HACCP, which we also support.

ISO 27001 — Information security

For businesses holding customer or client data. Commonly required by overseas clients and IT service buyers.

Not sure which applies?

Tell us what you make or do and who is asking for the certificate. The right standard is usually obvious once we know that.

How we get you there

  1. Gap analysis

We look at how you work now against what the standard requires, and tell you honestly how far apart they are

  2. Documentation

The manual, procedures, formats and records the standard expects, written around your actual process rather than a template

  3. Training

Your team learns the system they will be audited on, because an auditor asks the people doing the work, not the manual

  4. Internal audit

We run the audit ourselves first and fix what it finds, so the real one holds no surprises

  5. Certification audit

The accredited body runs Stage 1 and Stage 2. We prepare you, stay available throughout, and keep the system current for the annual surveillance audits after it

What we do and what we do not. We prepare your business and your documentation, and we support you through the audit. The certificate is issued by an accredited certification body — an independent third party — and no consultant can issue one or guarantee the outcome. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something else.

Timelines depend on the standard and the state of your current processes. A small manufacturer going for ISO 9001 with reasonable records in place is usually a two to three month job. We will tell you which it looks like after the gap analysis, not before.

Common questions

ISO certification questions

How long does ISO certification take?
Usually two to four months from the gap analysis to the certification audit, depending on the standard and how much of your process is already written down. A business starting from nothing takes longer than one tidying up what it already has.
What does ISO certification cost?
There are two costs and they are separate: our fee for preparing the system, and the certification body's own audit fee, which you pay them directly. We quote our part as a fixed price after the gap analysis and tell you the likely range for theirs.
Do you issue the ISO certificate?
No, and nobody who consults can. The certificate comes from an accredited certification body after it audits you. Our job is to make sure that audit goes well.
Which ISO standard do I actually need?
It depends on what you do and who is asking. ISO 9001 covers quality management and is what most buyers and tenders mean. Food businesses usually need ISO 22000, and anyone holding client data is likely being asked for ISO 27001. Tell us who asked and we will tell you which.
What happens after we are certified?
The certification body runs a surveillance audit each year and a full recertification every three years. The system has to stay live, not go in a drawer. We can maintain it with you or hand it over entirely — your choice.
